Warranty

Every part we supply is covered. Genuine MAN and Volvo Penta spares carry a manufacturer-backed warranty against defects, and our remanufactured turbochargers come with the official MAN warranty, so you are protected rather than simply buying a part.

What's covered

The parts listed across our catalogue carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, valid from the date of dispatch. Reconditioned and remanufactured turbochargers are supplied with the official MAN warranty rather than a third-party guarantee.

Warranty covers faults in materials or workmanship. As with any marine engine component, it does not cover:

  • Normal wear of service items such as raw water pump impellers and seals
  • Damage from incorrect fitting, or use outside the part's intended application
  • Failures caused by contaminated or incorrect oil or coolant, overheating, or running dry
  • Parts that have been altered, dismantled or repaired by a third party

How to make a claim

If you think a part is faulty, get in touch before returning anything and we'll guide you through it:

  • Send the part number and your engine model and serial number
  • Include your order reference or proof of purchase, and the date the part was fitted
  • Describe the fault and, where you can, the running hours and conditions
  • We'll advise on inspection, return and replacement. For reconditioned units the usual core-return terms still apply

These are our standard warranty terms, given here for guidance. The exact terms for your order, including duration and any manufacturer conditions, are confirmed at the point of purchase, and nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Send us your part number, order reference and engine details, and we'll take it from there.
