Remanufactured genuine MAN injectors
Every injector on this page is a remanufactured genuine MAN unit. Each is stripped, inspected and rebuilt to MAN's original specification with genuine parts, then flow tested so that spray pattern, opening pressure and delivery quantity are back to factory figures. On an injector that testing is everything, because the spray pattern is what makes the fuel burn completely, and a pattern that has collapsed into a dribble or a jet costs you power, fuel and eventually pistons.
Because these are factory-remanufactured rather than aftermarket rebuilds, they come with the official MAN warranty (2 years on the units listed here), not a third-party guarantee.
How the core surcharge works
- A refundable core deposit (the surcharge) is added to the price at purchase
- You fit the reconditioned injectors and send your old units back as the cores
- As long as the cores are complete and rebuildable, the surcharge is refunded in full
- Your net cost is just the exchange price, often a substantial saving over new units
Two practical points. Replace injectors as a full set wherever possible, because fitting one reconditioned unit alongside five worn ones gives uneven cylinder balance and the old ones will follow shortly. And fit new copper washers and sealing rings every time, torqued to the specified figure, because a reused washer is a classic cause of a leaking injector.
Whatever killed the old injectors, usually water or dirt in the fuel, will kill these too. Renew the fuel filters, drain the water separator and check the high-pressure pump and lines for debris before the engine runs again.
