Remanufactured genuine MAN fuel pumps
Every pump on this page is a remanufactured genuine MAN unit. Each one is stripped, inspected and rebuilt to MAN's original specification with genuine parts, then calibrated and tested on a bench so that delivery quantity and timing are back to factory figures. That bench calibration matters more on a fuel pump than on almost any other component, because injection quantity and timing are what set the engine's power, its fuel burn and its emissions.
Because these are factory-remanufactured rather than aftermarket rebuilds, they come with the official MAN warranty (2 years on the units listed here), not a third-party guarantee. For most operators a reconditioned pump is the sensible way to get a known-good unit back on the engine for considerably less than a brand-new one, with no compromise on warranty or fitment.
How the core surcharge works
- A refundable core deposit (the surcharge) is added to the price at purchase
- You fit the reconditioned pump and send us your old pump back as the core
- As long as the core is complete and rebuildable, the surcharge is refunded in full
- Your net cost is just the exchange price, often a substantial saving over a new unit
One word of caution that applies to any fuel pump, new or reconditioned. Water and dirt are what killed the old one, and they will kill the new one just as quickly. Before the engine runs again, find the cause of the original failure, clean the tank, renew every fuel filter, drain the water separator and check the injectors and lines for debris. A reconditioned pump fitted to a contaminated system simply repeats the failure.
